Ok so I’m not starting my new healthy lifestyle quite yet I need a few things, and a plan of action before I start. No those are not excuse I just need to know exactly what I need to do to lose this weight. Take notice of the fact that I didn’t say diet I want this to last for life not just for a little while and that is exactly what a diet is something short term.
Now this should tell you somewhat about my journey i'll post pictures of what i look like right know when i get the courage. I am going to use the Strip That Fat diet plan.
