You have read over all the diet plans available and you are thinking about cutting carbs to lose weight is this really the way for you to go? Before you start to cut out carbs completely from your diet why dont you read this first. The first thing you need to do is stop calling it a diet. The best diet is no diet that is just another word for temporary.
A diet is a temporary fix for weight problems that you might be having. Think of it as a slight change or tweak to your lifestyle. This will imply long term and permanence. So you should get the word diet out of your head now. I would never recommend that you start cutting carbs to lose weight.

You will feel it the next day believe me and it will be that good type of soreness. You should also take the stairs whenever it is possible. So if you work on the third floor you should walk. If you work on the 5th floor WALK. You will be pretty slow at first but you will eventually laugh at just how you can climb the stairs.
Try cutting the TV off and go outside to take part in some sort of outdoor activities. The TV is the devil. You should stay far away. Once you have gotten in the flow of being active you can go ahead and start joining that gym you have been hearing about. Doing things this way you will be able to get some value out of it since your body happens to be accustomed to you being more active. Going to the gym at this point in the game will make it a natural progression.
